As the title suggests... there is a man who in the past has starved a helpless, homeless dog in the name of art. He kept him tied to a wall with a short rope while slack jawed idiots stood around and watched... not bothering to help the poor pooch. The people who watched are just as sick as the bastard who started this 'exhibit'.
And now, some art center in the US wants him to RECREATE this fucked up exhibit! come the hell on people... are we really that sick and twisted that we consider starving an art? disgusting!

I urge you good people to click on the link below, add your name and message to the petition to stop this sick fuck. I say we tie him up and starve him instead of the dog. On top of the fact that this is CLEARLY an act of animal cruelty, I feel that he is making light of the starving/homeless people all over the world.
